Lee Strobel, a famous Investigative Journalist who once a skeptic and an atheist, didn’t turn to Christianity hoping for an easier and happier life. After deep and thorough investigations, he found out the Jesus Christ truly died and resurrected, this evidence became undeniable, that he started to proclaim Jesus Christ is truly the Son of God.
This Easter Sunday, his story reminds us that our faith is not just a feeling, but a firm conviction rooted in truth. It calls us to anchor our lives in Christ, to respond with unwavering trust.
I stumbled upon this post and while I understand where the frustration is coming from. Yes your frustration is valid but this take is too harsh, unfair, and completely ignores the progress and real nation builders we have in our country.
It is true that for decades, our culture had an unhealthy obsession with titles and licenses, often valuing what’s written on paper over actual skill, impact and innovation. But to brand the entire country as a failure and Filipinos as “title-based fools” is an insult.
Titles and licenses are not bad in themselves, they represent knowledge and hard work when used right.
God's love always shows up in acts of kindness, in timely provision, and in the quiet assurance that we are never forgotten. No matter how tough our situation gets, we can rest knowing His watchful care is always there, holding us, providing for us, and walking with us every step of the way.
Truly, we see God toda, and every day, in the love that surrounds us. HAPPY EASTER!!!
