6. Payments and Digital Wallet

Users acknowledge that:

• Wallet balances must be funded before using paid features
• Payments made to Qonek may be processed manually or through approved payment systems
• Transactions recorded in the platform wallet represent the user's available balance for services

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once services have been used.
